Our Services
I look at what your care service already has, and make it work for you.
Are your systems giving you headaches?
Can't make the time to get them sorted?
I can help.
-
A free call. Twenty to thirty minutes, no charge.
A conversation, not a pitch. You describe the week you actually have. I ask what takes longest, what gets done twice, and what you dread on a Monday. No slides and nothing to sign.
What you get at the end: an honest answer on whether there is anything here worth fixing, including "no" when that is the truth.
-
The Diagnostic. A full day on site.
Paid work, because it is work. Once the free call has highlighted the areas of need, I spend a full day on site digging into them.
What you get at the end: a written report on what I found.
If you want everything looked at, not only the areas the call picked out, that can take more than a day, and it is quoted on that basis.
-
Scoped and fixed. Agreed price, defined scope, one workflow.
From the Diagnostic report, we agree in writing what gets fixed and what done looks like. You get a set quote, I fix it, and we check it against what we agreed.
Fixes take from as little as two weeks to six, depending on how many systems are involved, who needs to sign off and how tidy the data is. The timescale is agreed before you commit.
Price: Quoted individually
What you get at the end: the workflow, running, with the before and after numbers side by side. I don't publish return on investment figures. I'd rather measure it with you.
-
Keep It Running.
Once it's fixed, I can keep it running: updates, tweaks and support when you need it.
Need something bigger? I can build a custom system around your service and manage it for you.
Price: Quoted individually
Built for your business. Not everyone's.
Getting more from what you already have
Often the tools are already there. They are just not set up to help yet. Before anything new gets added, I look at what you have and make it work harder.
Microsoft Copilot, not pulling its weight
It is there, but nobody has had the time to set it up around the work your team actually does.
File and data storage
Folders inside folders, three copies of the same policy, and nobody sure which one is current. Organised so people can find things, and so the tools can too.
Systems that do not talk to each other
Each one holds part of the picture. I connect what can be connected, so information moves without someone typing it in twice.
Things I fix
Six examples of what I fix for care providers. If yours isn't here, tell me and I'll say honestly whether I can fix it.
Compliance evidence collection
The folder you build from scratch every time somebody asks to see it.
Rota and shift building
A spreadsheet, six phone calls, and one person off sick undoing all of it.
Chasing late payment
Fees you are owed by the council, the Integrated Care Board or a family, still unpaid because nobody had time to send the third email.
Training and certification tracking and alerts
Finding out a certificate expired last month, from the person who came to inspect it.
Regulatory and statutory returns
The same numbers, typed into a different form, to a different deadline, every quarter.
Re-keying data between systems
Two systems that will never talk to each other, and a person in the middle doing the talking.
Not sure which one is costing you most?
That is what the first call is for. Twenty to thirty minutes, no charge, and we work out together whether there is anything here worth fixing. If there is not, I will tell you.

Practical AI (artificial intelligence) training, face to face
Training in AI for the people who run the business and the homes, not for hands-on care tasks. Think organising data for head office, collecting data from services, and completing reports.
What it covers
- What AI is, and where it is going.
- Safe practice.
- Keeping a human in the loop.
- AI hallucinations, when AI confidently makes things up.
- UK GDPR (the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation).
Half day or full day
Half day: the foundations above, plus how to organise your information so the team can use these tools well.
Full day: the same morning, then an afternoon of guided practice on everyday tasks, using the AI tools your team already has.
Where, how many, and what you leave with
At your premises or at a venue, anywhere in the United Kingdom, with travel discussed when I quote. Up to twelve people per session.
Everyone leaves with a certificate, a dos and don'ts poster, and a poster on how to structure a prompt.
Price on request.
Who you are actually dealing with
I do the work myself. There is no team behind the logo. Fifteen years in health and social care, support worker through to senior management. And if there is nothing worth doing, you will be told on the first call.
Start at step one
It costs nothing and it takes half an hour. If there is nothing here for you, you will hear that on the call rather than three invoices later.
