You know your industry.
We know how to build it.
Somewhere out there is a person who understands a trade better than anyone, who can see exactly the system it has been missing for years, and who has never had the means to build it. If that is you, this is for you.
The idea
Every industry has someone who knows where the time goes. Who knows which jobs are done by hand that never should be, which process quietly breaks every week, and what good would actually look like. That knowledge is rare, and it is worth more than most people realise.
What that person usually does not have is a way to turn the knowledge into a working system. That is the part we are good at. We have the ability and the know-how to bring an idea to life and run it under the Moai banner.
So here is the offer, plainly. You bring the expertise. We bring the build. Together we make something neither of us could make alone.
Who we are looking for
We are especially keen to hear from people who can do more than describe a problem. If you can test an idea in your own business, or in your own work as a sole trader, that is the strongest possible start. A system proven in the real world, by the person who understands it best, is worth a hundred good ideas on paper.
But a great idea is a great start in its own right. If you know your field inside out and you can see the system it needs, we want to hear from you, whether or not you can test it yourself.
Where we sit
We will be straight with you: automation is a marathon, and the starting gun has already gone off. We are at the one mile mark. For the right person, that is exactly where you want to be. It is the point where your expertise does not just shape the system, it sets the standard for the industry from the very start.
So we are not looking for people to slot into something already built. We are looking for partners who share our values and want to help set the pace.
What partnership looks like in practice depends entirely on what you bring and what you want from it. That is a real conversation, not a form-letter promise, and it is one we are glad to have.
Pitch us your idea
Tell us what you see. The short version is fine. If it lands, we will come back to you and start a proper conversation.
